How can I even choose one?! My favorite grain bowl if I had to choose one would be the Cinnamon Walnut. They're perfect for mornings when I'm cozied up on the couch with a blanket and coffee after finishing an early morning workout or in the car on the way to my next client! I love adding the Horseradish & Cheddar or Garlic & Herb cream cheeses to a cheese plate. And during fall, obviously their Pumpkin Pie cream cheese is my favorite…on any and everything!

I am a personal trainer in Nashville, TN. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and ran track in college. I was a counseling major in college because I love people and building relationships, and I didn’t want my fitness journey to end, so the combination of the two loves led me to becoming a personal trainer. I teach group strength classes, train clients in person and online, and run my business mostly through my Instagram—where I try to post recipes, workouts, inspiration, and realness!
